Our exciting line of filled pasta offers the operator a wide
variety of shapes and fillings to choose from, providing an unlimited supply
of exciting dishes. Our fillings are flavored with in-house prepared stocks
and wine then delicately seasoned with herbs and spices. They are rough chopped,
never pureed, then wrapped in thinly rolled dough made with custom milled
