Maintenance Mechanics
Josephs is seeking a food processing maintenance mechanic to maintain production equipment for a growing pasta facility in Massachusetts. This position is responsible for the emergency repair and routine maintenance on high speed production equipment.
Four years minimum related experience in maintenance of industrial equipment including pneumatic, electronic, and mechanical PLC controlled equipment. The ability to read, interpret, and comprehend technical information including mechanical and electrical drawings and schematics. Must be a motivated individual with good interpersonal skills and references supporting past performance for all of the above. A willingness to work overtime and weekends when required. Also should be able to pass a technical aptitude test.
Territory Sales Manager
Position is responsible for managing and selling to restaurants, country clubs, hotels, and foodservice distributors
Josephs Gourmet Pasta co. is seeking an aggressive, self motivated, professional territory sales manager. Responsibilities include sales to and management of existing and new distribution, multi units, and independent operators.
Strong passion for food and sales as well as 3 years minimum experience in the industry required. Culinary experience, good presentation and computer skills preferred but not required.
